Cancellation / Refund Policy

By registering and paying for a course, you acknowledge and agree to the following
terms:

• All course bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the course start date will qualify for a
  refund, less an administration fee determined by management.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable;
  however, at management's discretion, the booking may be transferred to a future
  course date.

• Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior written notice ('no-show') will result in the full course fee being forfeited.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and returned via the original payment method.

• Lola Lee Beauty Products reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course date.
