SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders are delivered via Fastways or The Courier Guy.

Our shipping rates are calculated as follows:

R50 in and around Kwa Zulu Natal

R80 to other major areas

(Deliveries made to remote areas may incur a surcharge)

Items will be delivered within 1-5 days after they have been dispatched.

Express Shipping

If you would like your order shipped sooner than the stipulated time above – please contact us at orders@lolalee.co.za to discuss your options and relevant pricing.

Refuse Delivery

If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.

PO Box Addresses

We do NOT ship to PO box addresses.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within South Africa. For international purchases, please contact us at orders@lolalee.co.za

Shipping Claims

We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier company about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with the courier company, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.

Credit Card Processing

All credit card processing will be performed by Lola Lee Beauty. The charge on your statement will appear from Lola Lee Beauty. We do not verify billing addresses with credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the credit card record, we will not be held responsible.

Return Policy

We do not accept any returns, Please make sure that you have selected the correct products you require, we do not refund or accept returns if you change your mind or made incorrect purchases.

Please note:

There could be a slight colour discrepancy on the website and the actual colour of the gel polish, due to the product being displayed digitally.

Warranty & Damage Issues

Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain everything is in perfect condition. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us immediately at orders@lolalee.co.za. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CAT. We'll arrange to get you a non-damaged item as quickly as possible.

Any equipment that is being returned must be in their original packaging with all the other accessories it came with.

Proof of purchase must be supplied with the return. Please note that we will place a collection with the courier once the product is with us and has been assessed we will then be able to get back to you.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from the order you receive, you must contact Lola Lee Beauty customer service within 24 Hours of receiving the order, to inform us of the missing item.
